Ms Hilda Chan leads an array of curated marketing initiatives to promote Hong Kong as a global leader in innovation and technology, and HKSTP as a renowned global brand. She is responsible for spearheading executive-level strategies across branding, content, social and digital performance, events and community engagement, corporate communications and public relations.
Prior to joining HKSTP, Hilda made significant contributions during her tenure at the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), successfully repositioning Hong Kong as the No. 1 tourist destination in 2019 and making HKTB famous by winning over 130 top industry, creativity and marketing awards. During her time working at international advertising agencies in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Hilda led brand innovations, business planning, customer experience and international market management to drive dynamic business growth for globally recognised brands such as Cathay Pacific Airways, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, McDonald's, Intel, and Absolut Vodka.
